- Expanded to a pre-professional company of over 40 dancers, who reach over 4,000 audience members each season.
- Worked with community organizations on outreach projects including Kendal at Lexington, The Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind, The Rockbridge Youth Chorale, The Military Outreach Project, Grace Episcopal Church Choir, Aerial Flight with ZFX, Where the Page Meets the Stage, and The Rockbridge Symphony.
- Had company dancers accepted to esteemed professional programs for additional study, including the Joffrey Ballet School, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Nashville Ballet, The Bates Young Dancer Program, and The Richmond Ballet.
- Opened a three studio, state-of-the-art facility with over 200 students.
